DIADEM is a type of CROWN - A jeweled ornamental headband in the shape of a half crown worn by monarchs, women and others as a badge of Royalty.
Isaiah 62:3 You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
